The Real Community Initiative was created from the idea that the biggest market in British Columbia should work hand in hand with local causes and charities to help their communities.
We work with realtors and charities to create a direct line for donations, and creating new methods of working together.
With backing from the North Shore Rotary Club and effort of the founder of Real Community Initiative, this became a possibility.

Our Founder
Kevyn is dedicated to supporting the community through actively participating in organizations like Rotary and the West Vancouver Foundation. His involvement goes beyond networking; it provides a firsthand understanding of local resources and community needs, which he brings into his real estate practice. By immersing himself in the neighborhoods he serves, Kevyn is uniquely positioned to guide sellers in making informed, value-driven decisions that showcase their property’s true value, while also helping buyers find homes that genuinely align with their lifestyle and aspirations—all while giving back to the community.
